About us

Iniurcolleguia Attorneys-At-Law is the successor to the bar of attorneys founded in Moscow in 1937, and is now one of the most prominent international and Russian law firms. Since its inception, Iniurcolleguia has been headed by Valery Fedorovich Alpatikov. Until 1999, he also chaired the presidium of the Iniurcolleguia, Specialized Bar Association, and was the predecessor in title to the Attorneys-At-Law of today.

Iniurcolleguia is staffed with 20 highly skilled attorneys from some of Russia’s leading universities such as the Moscow State University named after Lomonosov, the Moscow State Academy of Law, the University named after P. Lumumba (RUDN), and others.

Iniurcolleguia’s team of lawyers includes top-notch experts from virtually every field of modern law: civil law, corporate law, transport and communications, including maritime law, protection of investments and intellectual property, tax and customs laws, securities market law, competition law, foreign exchange regulation and control and many other areas. The attorneys of Iniurcolleguia successfully combine their professional activity with scientific work and the role of arbitrators in dispute settlements (the Commercial Tribunal at the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Court of Arbitration at the Interbank Financial House, the Court of Arbitration for resolution of collective employment disputes, and the Court of Arbitration at the Professional Association of Registrars, Transfer Agents and Depositories (PARTAD)).

Iniurcolleguia is equally committed to developing its legal consulting specialty and court and arbitration practices in connection with a wide variety of disputes. We also represent the interests of our principals in dealing with the governmental executive agencies such as the Federal Service for Financial Markets, the Federal Antimonopoly Service, the Federal Service for Intellectual Property, Patents and Trademarks (ROSPATENT), and others.

Iniurcolleguia has continuously provided legal support for the affairs of many foreign companies who do business in Russia, as well as many large Russian enterprises. Our clients include Russian and foreign commercial entities such as banks, insurance and trade organisations, production and construction houses, communications agencies, financial institutions, and development companies. Besides, we are often instructed by non-profit organisations and individual clients.
